Shipping policy

Standard delivery

Our standard delivery charges and estimated timescales are as follows. We aim to dispatch all orders within four working days (Monday to Friday) of being placed. Please allow 5 days for order despatch before contacting us. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail.

Custom prints and print on demand items

Custom prints and print on demand items are made to order via a specialist service. This means they are dispatched separately to other Whitby Museum products and their own timelines apply and shipping fees apply.

If your basket contains both Museum shop items and print on demand items then two shipping rates will be added.
